To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Sharx Construction will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your submission of information, communications with us, delays, website errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in website content.

For website-related claims, Sharx Construction’s total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid directly to Sharx Construction for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Sharx Construction may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, business operations, payment rights, or property interests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Sharx Construction may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
